Yoga Lab Hanoi

I believe that this class is the heart of Yoga Lab Hanoi. The teacher’s sequence is perfect, and the guidance and hands-on adjustments give me 100% satisfaction. This class helps me go beyond my limits and gives me a deep sense of confidence and fulfillment as a yogi. I can confidently say that this is the best yoga studio in Hanoi and one of the best yoga class. I will continue joining this class in the future. This class reminds me why I love yoga and why I want keep practicing. Thank you.

This practice felt great, accessible but challenging - you can reach new postures and level on your asanas if you look forward to. Loved the teacher’s awareness and that she was very effective in fixing wrong alignments when needed without losing the flow of the class.

This was actually my first time with yoga. The initial feeling of shyness was erased thanks to Mr. Khanh who was very welcoming and encouraging. Feel comfortable and satisfied with this experience. Love it! 💙 I'm thinking of signing up for a permanent membership.

The yoga workshop was amazing. It had a beautiful flow, and even though it was intense, it felt completely worth it. Backbends are usually difficult for me, but the way you guided us made me feel comfortable in them.

the teacher is super adorable and the space is super comfortable, which make Yogalab a desirable place that I always want to come back 🫶 hope there would be more this kind of session ❤️

Always feel good and relaxed after classes. The instructors are experienced, attentive and enthusiastic. Class in English also available. Highly recommend!

My first time joining this class. As I get older my hip mobility is becoming limited so some movements are hard to do for me but I think my body needs it.

My 1st time for this class. Some poses I have never done before so I was struggling a bit. However I will join again next time to be better.
