Excellence endurance training Continuous tempo ride for 35minutes definitely will challenge your stamina and endurance. not too fast not too slow 35min if you slow jog pace 10 you will complete 3km on the road

Rosie is the best instructor for beginners. She explains everything clearly and is easy to understand. Her pace is perfect not too fast and not too slow. I highly recommend her beginner class!

Good for endurance training. level up for those who wants to challenge and longer continuous ride. Today's session with one part 22mins continuously, music beat easy to follow,not to fast not to slow, with moderate and basic upper body movement. Overall, instructions very clear, easy to follow. The key is follow the music and rythmn and let your legs enjoy the ride.
