Corehaus Pilates

it is one of the classes I always look forward to. I love how energetic the instructor (Jade) is and how well she understand everyone's level and tolerance. I enjoy her class very much for every session. Thank youuuuu Jade

The class was great. I love the way Junie ensured everyone focus on the right form and working on the right muscle. She pushed our limit but always give options if layers were too hard.

The friendly atmosphere , the smily faces , fun and encouraging behaviour , I love the most . In every Beginner Pilates class I had attended so far . I live the vibes . Awesome😀

I appreciate that Annie always offers easy and hard options, depending on your own capability. She would also ease us into movements by introducing layer by layer.

Loving it! It really challenges your core and resistance. The instructor gives clear direction and pushes our limit. Great class!
