Appreciate the understanding of my physical body condition from coach Vivien. Albeit I’m currently the weakest link amongst everyone, with the community’s encouragement and support to gradually, safely overcome my weakness and issues. Thankful for this space and people to journey with. i’ll get better. i’ll have to quit smoking although it’s probably gonna be the toughest challenge to date of this lifetime.

trying to change my life around at age 44, w illnesses and bad habits is tough. i cannot be more thankful for the encouragement, patience and attentiveness of coach ShaoQi. Allowing me to overcome and strengthen at the pace that makes me feel safe despite chest pain, and fainting spells. i’m more energetic, and positive since 1week into this classes. Feeling extremely thankful and grateful.

Enjoyed my first techniques lesson very much! Coach Vivian was very welcoming and patient, and my classmates were also very helpful and understanding as I was the only newcomer there. Looking forward to my next lesson😊 I would recommend attending a beginner lesson to become familiar with the name of the moves before going for a techniques lesson.

I like how Amber’s class had a good balance between weight training and technique.

I love that coach Vi always focuses on technique and helps you keep to true form.

Instructor was patient in teaching, making sure our basic stances are correct.
