I had a great experience with the swimming lessons. Coach Yusman is an excellent instructor—he is very patient and teaches my son step by step, making him feel comfortable and confident in the water. My son has really enjoyed the lessons and has made good progress. The admin team is also very helpful. They responded promptly and assisted me when I had an issue booking the class through the app. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the coaching and the customer service. Highly recommended!

Great first experience with this swimming school! They were very thoughtful and well-prepared — a starter kit was ready upon arrival, even labeled with my child’s name, which was a lovely touch. Initially, the coach didn’t realize my child was afraid of water, but once he noticed, he became very patient and supportive. By the end of just one lesson, my child had already made noticeable progress and picked up a few basic techniques.

Today was my boy’s 3rd lesson with Coach Samuel, and he’s absolutely loving it! He always looks forward to his swimming sessions, and I can really see his progress each time. This time, he even bravely jumped into the water on his own. I also appreciate how easy and flexible it is to book lessons through the app.

Yi Chen had his first swimming lesson today, and it was a great experience! Coach Xavier was patient, friendly, and encouraging. He made my son feel comfortable in the water and enjoy the lesson. Thank you for making his first lesson so positive. Highly recommended!

Been with Kriz Swim since 2019 and all the coaches are very professional. Both my children enjoyed their swim class with Coach Kriz, Coach Ash, Coach Yusman and Coach Rizal. Highly recommend for parents who want to get their children started with swimming.

My son have been with Kriz swim since he was 4 yo if I remembered correctly, now he is 11 yo and he’s still enjoying it and looking forward for the swim weekly . Coaches are professional and friendly . Thumb up for them for their hard work!

After a near-drowning during playtime, we enrolled our son with Kriz at Hougang Swimming Complex. Under Coach Thomas’s attentive guidance and in a small group of four, he overcame his fear and began swimming independently at 1.2m pool.
