Having no background whatsoever in yoga other than working out at the gym or joining endurance challenge, it was quiet fun and enjoyable. Yean Shin the instructor I had at Setapak for Aerial Yoga and Lyra was very helpful, patience and understanding plus motivating. Supporting and motivating for the first 2 classes even those I was abit worry of falling and unable to support my own weight. But by talking through it did helped, just need to work on myself for building up the core. Thanks! Great experience!

I was traveling through Penang and came across this studio. I was interested for aerial fitness finally I got to try it here. The studio is well lit and welcoming. The instructor, Cindy, was very professional, patient, caring and helpful towards me, especially when I have some fitness/flexibility constraints and haven’t exercise for a long time. She was very good to show me the basics to start with and still able to show a beautiful pose on day 1. Highly Recommended!

I absolutely loved my aerial yoga classes with OM Factory Penang! Cindy (my instructor) is highly professional, patient and attentive. The studio setup was top-notch, providing a secure and comfortable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed every class, feeling amazing and achieving a satisfying stretch each time. I found myself challenged in the best possible way, always pushing my boundaries and discovering new depths within my practice. Highly recommended!

Was very excited when I found out there is an aerial playground in Penang. I was there for holiday and wanted to continue my weekly aerial classes. The studio is very nicely decorated with greenary and pretty coloured apparatus. It is also easily accessible via Grab. Cindy is very patient and always make sure we practise safely. She also teaches different routine for beginners vs more advanced students. Highly recommended!!!

I take Bungee Fly class and Aerial Yoga class from OM factory in Setapak KL. The Bungee Fly class is very fun and creative. The class atmosphere is very good and the instructor(Jesynn) very patient and give clear instructions. My instructor for Aerial Yoga (Carin) is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. She let me to know about my body and relaxing my mind and body. Highly recommended 🌟

I attended Aerial Hammock, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Yoga - Restorative & Yin classes with 3 different coaches, all of them were friendly and professional. Coupled with a bright, cheerful and vibrant studio with lots of greenery as the backdrop, all I can conclude is: my time was well-spent, the experience was truly wonderful. Looking forward to my future classes again!

bought trail package ,use all my credits on aerial hammock ,definitely love Jessyn’s class ,she is fun and professional.she will break the flow step by step show u how to get in and how to do it gracefully.only problem is distance,but won’t stop me to come agian .

Various aerial classes offered here. I've attended pole, lyra, and silk classes so far, all amazing experiences. Looking forward to the relatively new mini lyra class now. Great vibe at the studio too!

Come back for class after long and meet Menico back. Love her style of teaching no stress and easy understanding instruction. ❤️ Able to complete most of the poses for my first class.

Everything was great! Unfortunately the level was not adapted to the Participant and I did not have a lot of freedom. But otherwise everything was great and I had a lot of fun!

I took a private class with Jesynn. The class was fun with perfect amount of challenging poses. I enjoyed it abd I will be back whenever I come to Kuala Lumpur

Master instructor is so friendly and her teaching is easy to understand. It's my first time here and Im loving the class. So much fun. TQ for the experience.
