Great first experience at this Pilates studio! The space is clean and has a calming atmosphere. The owner was friendly and sweet ❤️ The instructor (Ida) was patient, attentive, and gave clear guidance throughout the class. Intensity was just right — challenging but still beginner-friendly. Will definitely come back!
