Good mix of strength and cardio. Good to place more emphasis on strength. Members usually do not have energy to take a second class at 10am and would miss out on strength training

It would be great if there is indication in the app whether it is upper or lower or full body workout. Personal preference for full and lower body workout.

Hi, this feedback is not related to this particular class (I enjoyed it). But this is just a general feedback for the current program. Just sharing a personal preference โ would it be possible to include more Sculpt and Sweat sessions rather than putting Sweatยฒ/HybridEngine during the weekdays? Weekdays would be great for personal growth in my opinion. Sweatยฒ/Storm sessions can be a great addition for variety and team-based workouts for the weekendswhile HybridEngine is good for techniques. Ty!
