Can new leads book through Vibe AI?
Members need a Vibefam account at your studio first. New visitors can explore your classes, then register and buy a package on your booking page. From then on, Vibe AI handles their bookings in WhatsApp.
Will members know they're chatting with AI?
Yes. Every message introduces Vibe AI, and bookings it makes show as "Booked with Vibe AI" in your attendance list.
What languages does it understand?
Notifications go out in English. Members can reply in other languages, including Bahasa and Chinese, and Vibe AI responds in kind.
