Ms Evelyn is a wonderful instructor. Always encouraging, keeps us motivated and pushes to believe in ourselves and our capability. I always thought pilates are for the thin and fit and seems intimidating at first. But I was pleasantly suprise on how easy to follow and fun it is. With Ms Evelyn guidance, I think I am more confident in myself now! :)
