Coach Yvonne’s POWher BAR at UWF is an endurance class set to music and tempo. It is a full body workout with higher reps, control, and continuous movement rather than strength focus. Weights are adjustable, heavier for legs (e.g. +- 12.5kg barbell) and lighter for upper body depending on your personal capacity. I’d like to lift slightly lighter, be gentle on the joints, focus on form, and still feel the burn. If you have done Lift, this is a good progression for endurance.

Coach Rainy Teh’s yoga class at UWF focuses on mobility rather than typical yoga flow. Sessions emphasise joint movement, rotation, control, and activation of smaller muscle groups, with some light strength work built in. It feels purposeful and functional, not just stretching. Recommended for beginners and also those who train regularly (Lift, Bootcamp, Hybrid), as it supports recovery, improves joint health, and enhances overall movement quality.

Coach Lee Ni’s Lift Upper class at UWF is a structured resistance training session focused on upper body strength. Each class targets back, chest, shoulders, arms, core, lats and everything upper body with occasional cardio. Training is adjustable, with weights scaled to your level, whether beginner, in recovery, or regular. Coach Lee Ni is attentive, guides your form, and easy to approach. A solid class to build consistency with supervision.

Thinking of Redline, Hyrox, or just want better endurance and recovery? Coach Lee Ni’s Hybrid class at UWF is a structured strength and conditioning session targeting muscular endurance and aerobic capacity through resistance work, high intensity cardio, and functional movements. You train to build stamina and manage fatigue. With consistency, expect better cardiovascular fitness, higher work capacity, and more efficient energy use.

Coach Lee Ni’s Lift Lower class at UWF is a structured resistance training session focused on the lower body, targeting glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and more, similar to Lift Upper but for the lower half. Each class is planned and adjustable, with weights scaled to your level. A solid class to build lower body strength and consistency with proper supervision.

A good class balances intensity with proper rest, so feel challenged without completely burning out halfway through. noticing progressive overload. Coach is attentive and actually walks around adjusting posture. No ego lifting or showing off, which keeps the space comfortable for all levels. Likes the friendly and the energy Vibe in the class.
