I like Ashley’s class. I really appreciated how clear and patient she was with her cues. She broke down every movement so it was easy to follow, and she kept a close eye on everyone's form to make sure we were moving safely. I left feeling challenged but incredibly accomplished. Will definitely be booking with her again!

I love how Kwan Huey focuses on each student, making customised adjustments for each and everyone so we can participate in her classes! Nicole is very attentive and gives individual attention to every student , making sure everyone is doing the movement correctly. She also demonstrates every new movement clearly before we try it, which make the class easy to follow and helps us perform each movement with confidence. Every time , I truly feel like I had a good workout which able to strengthen my body.
